Canada Quietly Develops Contingency Plan For Trump Running Out Of Other Countries To Go To War With
Prime Minister Mark Carney confirmed Canada has prepared for the “extreme tail risk” of a U.S. military invasion, after Donald Trump spent another year treating international borders like suggestions printed on a Denny’s placemat.
Carney stressed an attack remains extraordinarily unlikely, but said responsible governments must prepare for catastrophic scenarios; particularly when the catastrophic scenario has nuclear weapons, territorial ambitions and access to Truth Social.
Canadian military planners have reportedly modelled a potential invasion, concluding America could overwhelm conventional defences rapidly, forcing Canada toward guerrilla tactics, sabotage and drone warfare.
Officials emphasized this does not mean Washington intends to invade.
It means Canada has reached the reassuring stage of the Trump presidency where “the Americans probably won’t fucking invade us” is now an official national-security assessment.
