JD Vance asks voters to please judge administration by amazing things he says are happening, not things happening
Vice President JD Vance asked Americans to “give us another chance” Tuesday, apparently forgetting Republicans are currently using the first one.
Speaking to four wealthy venture capitalists, the former venture capitalist explained that Republicans remain laser-focused on ordinary workers, presumably because none were available to interview him.
Vance touted tax cuts, deportations and border enforcement before explaining that Democrats are “consumed by craziness” and should be put in mental hospitals instead of Congress — the kind of reassuring message traditionally delivered by a man asking strangers to please trust him with continued federal power.
The Vice President then requested another two years to finish the “amazing things” already happening, transforming the Republican midterm pitch into a Silicon Valley startup begging investors not to notice the product still doesn’t work.
Fortunately, Vance has reinvented himself before.
America only has to survive until he figures out what he believes next.
JD Vance certainly will.
