Jodie Foster Still Left Unimpressed by Current Suitors
In a statement that has unsettled both political analysts and anyone with a passing memory of the 1980s, Jodie Foster reportedly confirmed she remains “underwhelmed” by the last three attempted assassinations of the President of the United States, describing them as “derivative,” “poorly staged,” and “lacking emotional commitment.”
Sources close to Foster say she has been quietly reviewing each incident as though it were an audition tape, noting weak pacing, uninspired motivation, and what she called “a troubling absence of narrative stakes.”
“One had potential,” she allegedly remarked, “but it collapsed in the third act. No tension. No artistry.”
Political commentators were quick to clarify that these were, in fact, real events, not performances. Foster, however, was unmoved, reportedly suggesting that if someone insists on grand gestures, “they should at least workshop the script.”
At press time, the Secret Service declined to comment, but insiders confirmed morale has been “creatively devastated.”.
