Trump Rants on Truth Social, Slam Dunks Bad Bunny, Kid Rock’s ‘All-American’ Show Crashes Hard
Former President Donald Trump wasted no time taking shots at Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime performance, calling it “absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER!” In a post on Truth Social, he declared it an “affront to the Greatness of America” and a complete failure to live up to the nation’s “standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence.” If it wasn’t clear, he definitely wasn’t having it.
Meanwhile, Trump’s favorite “All-American” Super Bowl halftime event, starring Kid Rock, attracted a mere four million viewers, about 123 million short of the actual Super Bowl performance. But hey, it was “all-American,” right? Kid Rock’s show, which was live-streamed online for the most niche audience possible, was his answer to “woke NFL nonsense,” even though it probably just got more attention from people wondering, “Wait, is Kid Rock still a thing?”
As Bad Bunny ended his history-making, Spanish-language set with the empowering message “The only thing more powerful than hate is love,” Kid Rock was probably somewhere still figuring out how to spell “international success.”
