Sad; Party for Conservative Leader a Solo Affair

, , , ,

A prominent Canadian leader was the only person at his birthday party as all those he invited didn’t show. Pouting into his cake, mumbling about the Carbon Tax, the bitter leader of the Canadian Conservative Party tried to do his best not to look grumpy. “I’m sure the lousy Liberals, and their dumb Carbon Tax made it cost too much for all my friends to attend,” Pierre Poilievre said, moving into denial , “It’s better this way… It’s not like I have been trying to be Prime Minister for all of my adult life”. When it was mentioned that the Consumer Carbon Price (referred to as the Carbon Tax) would be removed April 1st, 2025, Poilievre simply pouted, crossed his arms, and shuffled over to the ball pit.

While recent polls show that the Conservatives are losing support mostly due to a surge of anti-Trump rhetoric and promises of American Tariffs, the Liberals look to be on track to win a majority government . “I Plan to pull up my big boy pants and really really REALLY work hard to make you like me” Poilievre pronounced while scoring poorly playing an arcade game. On lookers, from another event, could be heard whispering among themselves and when asked for comment, “It’s just sad,” was all one parent would say.

We had a chance to look over the guest list and tried to reach out for comments. Most didn’t reply, or acknowledge that they knew the leader, with the only reply coming from Mark Carney who said, “New Prime Minster, who dis.”
